The 2026 WSWRA Annual Conference will be held in Gillette, Wyoming! Get ready for a packed week of networking with industry peers, great speakers, informative vendors, and reconnecting with friends in the industry. August 17th thru the 20th, 2026
Event & Lodging Location:
Event Center: This year, we are hosting the conference at a non-hotel site. Attendees will need to drive to the event center daily for the event.

Full Conference Ticket
- $375.00 Per Person – We are keeping rates low despite current market conditions!
- Includes all meals and speakers (3 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners).
- Full Conference Ticket includes WSWRA Membership for 2025-26 Year.
- WSWRA Safety Vest Included (Sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL). No need to pre-order; we have your size available.
- Full Conference Ticket Rates increase to $445.00 after August 1st. Don’t delay purchasing tickets with earlybird rates!
- Tickets are transferable if attendee names need to be changed.
Daily Conference Rates Available
- Tuesday or Wednesday All all-day rates are available if you can only come for one day of the conference.
Dinner Guests
- Traveling with a companion? We have tickets available for Tuesday and Wednesday night dinners.
- Purchase only if you are bringing a guest with you who does not have a conference ticket.
