CALL FOR SPONSORS – 2026 WSWRA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 

 

If you or your company is interested in the opportunity of being a sponsor for the 2026 Wyoming Solid Waste and Recycling Association (WSWRA) Annual Conference, please respond by August 5th 2026.  Open sponsorships are available now and are first-come, first-served for specific spots.  This year’s conference will be hosted in Gillette, Wyoming at the CAM-PLEX Energy Hall.  This is a beautiful location that is great for booths and attendees.  Enjoy four full days of activities where you get to network closely with all attendees at the conference. 

 

Monday, August 17th, 2026:    Registration & Evening Reception. Composting Workshop.

Tuesday, August 18th, 2026: Keynote Speakers, Industry Speakers, Golf and Mini Golf activities. Evening Pig Roast and Cornhole Event.  Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. 

Wednesday, August 19th, 2026: Waste and Recycling Speakers All Day.  Evening Banquet and Prize Drawings. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. 

Thursday, August 20th, 2026: Landfill / Recycling Tours.

PLATINUM LEVEL CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP — $3000.00 

  1. WSWRA waives two (2) conference registration fees.   
  1. WSWRA will have a conference gift that is handed out to all attendees with all Platinum Sponsors’ logos on the item showing that you are a Platinum sponsor.  The 2025 item was a Conference Notepad handed out at registration.  
  1. A digital sign with sponsor information will be placed at the entrance of the registration area and will show all Platinum sponsors’ logos throughout the entire conference.  At the opening session each day and at the banquet the sponsor will be recognized by WSWRA Board Member(s). 
  1. WSWRA will provide marketing information on WSWRA’s website for the event and on the main page, and company information will remain on past conferences for review by attendees. 
  1. Premier Advertising space in the WSWRA Conference Agenda; Platinum Level Sponsors will receive their logo posted in the event sponsors section, and the vendor will receive two full-page ads in the conference booklet.  The ads can be separate and placed on separate pages of the booklet or can be in a double-page single-spread format.  The printing format is 5.5” by 8.5” format, oriented vertically.  Conference Agenda for 2026 as a reference, can be found here: 2026 Annual Conference Booklet. 
  1. Exhibitor Booth, with a Premium Location near the entry to the event.  Tabletop sign designating sponsorship level. 
  1. The logo will appear on Conference Lanyards on the back side of the name tag for each attendee. 
  1. The logo will appear in all “Used News” Newsletters leading up and after the conference as a sponsor of the event. 
  1. Golf or Mini Golf Hole Sponsorship Opportunity.  Choose to sponsor a hole of your choice on either the Main Golf Course or the Mini Golf Course (One sponsorship total). 

 

GOLD LEVEL  SPONSORSHIP — $1,500.00 

  1. WSWRA waives one (1) conference registration fee.  
  1. WSWRA will have a digital sign at the Meal Event with the sponsor’s company name, logo, and information.  The sign will note the sponsor’s name and the sponsor will help pay for the Meal event. The sponsor will be recognized by WSWRA Board Member(s) at the meal event. 
  1. Gold Level sponsors are needed for the following events:

  1. Exhibitor Booth, with Location near the entrance of the event following Platinum Sponsor spaces. Tabletop sign designating sponsorship level.

SILVER LEVEL CONFERENCE EVENT SPONSORSHIP — $1000.00 

  1. WSWRA waives one (1) conference registration fee.  
  1. At the opening session on the day of the event and at the banquet, WSWRA Board Member(s) will recognize the sponsor.   
  1. Silver Level sponsors are needed for the following events: 
  1. Registration Monday Night – beer & refreshments. 
  1. Golf tournament Tuesday afternoon (2) – cash prizes, golfing gear, sponsor gift cards or products 
  1. Mini Golf tournament Tuesday afternoon (2) – beer, cash prizes, sponsor gift cards or products 
  1. Vendor Break Tuesday morning. 
  1. Vendor Break Tuesday afternoon. 
  1. Vendor break Wednesday morning. 
  1. Vendor break Wednesday afternoon 
  1. Social Hour before the Recognition Banquet Wednesday – alcohol and/or appetizers

All sponsorships will be recognized at registration and technical session rooms.  The Platinum-level sponsors will be recognized as the primary sponsors for the 2024 WSWRA Conference.   The Gold-level sponsors will be recognized as the sponsors for meal events / main events.   The Silver-level sponsors will have sponsor digital posters at the event they sponsor and placed at registration.  Board members will promote sponsors throughout the entire event, via microphone and networking, and announcements.  All sponsors will be thanked and honored at the Banquet Dinner on Wednesday evening. 

 

EXHIBITOR BOOTH 

  1. An Exhibitor Booth is included in all sponsorships; if you are not a sponsor, you can still have a booth for only $100.00.    Sponsors receive prime spaces for booths, with greater sponsors receiving premium locations at the event.  Select “Exhibitor Booth” upon checkout when you purchase your conference ticket for $100.00 fee if you do not wish to sponsor but still have a booth at the event. 

 

OTHER INFORMATION 

  1. All sponsors and vendors are encouraged to donate gift(s) and door prizes for the Wednesday night banquet.  Each vendor will receive recognition for their donated items and will present and draw gifts from the audience.
