Infrastructure Committee – Chair Linda Roosa
The infrastructure subcommittee is continuing to work on the survey of materials in order to determine what the best approach to take to develop regional marketing co-operatives. Given the response to the proposed legislation on reporting diversion of materials, it appears that most people would like to see a voluntary reporting system.
We are also working on templates for equipment sharing agreements, developing a statewide website to search for recycling drop off locations, and sharing information about best management practices for certain materials (glass, food waste, etc).
